Serving areas in the city of Norton and the counties of Lee, Scott, and Wise (Planning District 1).

Connie Reasor Deaf Resource Center (CRDRC) was founded for the purpose of interpreting services, education and providing information to our deaf and hard of hearing communities. CRDRC is managed by Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services Center (DHHSC).

Our main contract is with the Virginia Department for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (VDDHH), to provide outreach services.
